Abrinq Foundation, nonprofit
institution, was established in 1990 - the
year of the promulgation of the Children and
Adolescents - in order to mobilize the
society for rights issues of childhood and
adolescence. Its work is guided by the
Convention on the Rights of the Child (UN,
1989), Brazilian Federal Constitution (1988)
and the Child and Adolescent (1990).
